Simplicity is our aim – enter your Offer ID (find this in your account area), collection address and choose a date that suits you and we’ll come and pick up your items for free! Each box should weigh no more than 20kg and we can’t collect on Saturdays or Sundays. Any requests made after 2pm on a Friday and throughout the weekend will be delt with on the next working day, the earliest that UPS can come is the following Tuesday (depending on bank holidays).
Once the shipment has been created. We will email you with a UPS shipping label, a few instructions on what do to next and confirming the collection date with you.
